David Goosney, P. Eng. is an engineer currently living and working in St. John's, Newfoundland. David Graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelors of Engineering in 2007. He currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL) as well as on the board of directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Safety Association (NLCSA). David also works as a system planning engineer with Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro where he is responsible for power system reliability.
