This provocative session is intended to stimulate thought about one of the Board’s most fundamental and essential functions: judging whether the organization is compliant with the Board’s EL policies and whether it is delivering the outcomes (Ends) the Board expects for owners and clients. Presenters will challenge the use of process data as acceptable evidence, and instead will lay out a by-the-numbers monitoring roadmap that demands documented evidence of compliance and reasonable progress.
