This workshop will address the Board’s responsibility to not only identify the owners it serves, but to engage with those owners whether they be moral owners from a broad community, specific legal owners, shareholders, or others.
 
Govern for Impact, has just completed a whitepaper on “Who are the Moral Owners?” which will form part of the basis of this workshop. A Board’s commitment to owner connection and voice can shake the foundations of governance.
 
In joining this session, you will share in a dynamic discussion on is linkage “really” needed and who should Boards connect with and why. Karen will share insights from her last work with Caroline Oliver who was instrumental with the Govern Consistency Team in framing this Whitepaper.
